Ready to Take The Stage Again Following Their Sold Out 2009 Tour

Nashville, TN – Good news for fans of APOSTLES OF COMEDY! They’re back on the road with an all new show that promises to be a hilarious continuation of the 2009 tour. You can bet that AOC tickets are going to be a big item and with only 4 shows to kick off the 2010 tour tickets will go fast. Critics and audiences agree that the 2008 and 2009 Apostles of Comedy tours were two of the biggest comedy shows out there. Answering the call for premium “Christian” entertainment, the Apostles of Comedy will take the stage again with Award – Winning Jeff Allen – Showtime, Comedy Central, VH1 , Anthony Griffith – Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Tonight Show, HBO, Co medy Central, The Bernie Mac Show, new to the show are Daren Streblow – tapped as one of the funniest clean comedians on the road today, Greg Lee – The George Lopez Show, The District, Interviewing God. Apostles of Comedy’s expanding success is parallel with the enormous need for good clean comedy that is faith-based with a meaningful message.

Apostles of Comedy; a company founded in 2007 by executive producer Lenny Sisselman, who has over 30 years in the business producing big act comedy shows, and veteran filmmaker and President of Epiphany Productions, Mitchell Galin.  Acknowledging what they felt was a void in the marketplace, Sisselman and Galin looked to create a world class comedy brand that the whole family could enjoy together.  In the summer of 2007, they produced the first full length Christian Comedy feature. The film featured Jeff Allen, Brad Stine, Anthony Griffith and Ron Pearson and combined live performances with documentary footage.  Apostles of Comedy began touring in the fall of 2008.
